Customers are advised to assess their TOR eligibility under the UK customs rules. Customers should apply for TOR concessions online and get them approved from the respective authorities. New Furniture and electronic items are not eligible for TOR concessions. Used furniture and electronic items are eligible for concessions. Customers are advised to carry the bills or receipts or other documents to prove/ demonstrate their previous usage.

Emerald Relocations will advise the documentation requirements both in India and the UK and will take care of the customs clearance processes at both ends. Customers will be required to produce copies of their passports, visa, Boarding pass and Air tickets for the purpose.

Door to Door deliveries may take 6 weeks to 10 weeks at normal times based on the location in the UK and the volume of the shipment. Full Container Load (FCL) shipments can be delivered sooner than LCL shipments as LCL shipments take time for consolidation.
